This privacy policy applies to the PorchPatrol app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Quantarien LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data beyond what is necessary to provide location-based functionality.
Location data is used in real-time on your device to support core features of the Application.

Disabling location access may limit Application functionality, but the Application will remain accessible where applicable.
The Application operates with the principle of data minimization, only using what is required and never transmitting or persisting data externally.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Application does not have age restrictions and does not knowingly collect personal data from any users, including children under 13. Since the Service Provider do not collect personal data, compliance with children’s privacy laws (like COPPA) is inherently maintained.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application indicates your acceptance of any changes.
